Policies
Hygiene Policy
Please have showered within 24 hours prior to the session.
Areas of the body with open sores, acute injury, or infection will not be massaged. DO NOT arrive with any contagious illness.
Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If no 24 hours advance notice client will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment. Case by case is considered in cancellations.
No-shows
A client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If the client arrives late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments. Depending upon how late the arrival, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the client will be responsible for the “full” session.
